Husk Oil Pty Ltd is a start-up company planning to distribute much needed petroleum products throughout the Bougainville region, including the surrounding atolls.
This will be achieved by utilisation of Co-operative type retail outlets and proper engagement and partnership with local Landowners and the Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG).
Once local market needs have been established and catered for, Husk Oil Pty Ltd will look to expand to other neighbouring countries to build the company and maximise profitability to shareholders.
In the first five years of operation Husk Oil Pty Ltd will look strongly toward the future and allocate funds for Research & Development (R&D) into the Bio-Fuels market with the goal of building the first mainstream Bio-Diesel refinery in the Bougainville region.
A major priority of Husk Oil Pty Ltd management is that within approximately 10 years of operation, the company will be floated becoming Bougainville’s first 100% owned petrochemical marketing and refining company. |
